Is it OK to take Reverse Life Immune Defence every day?
You can take one 15ml capful of Reverse Life Immune Defence on a daily basis. You can also take up to 25ml per day, however, your supply will drop from a 30-day supply to a 20-day supply.
We do advise you to consult with your GP or other healthcare provider before you make any changes to your diet. -
Should I take Reverse Life Immune Defence in the morning or evening?
We would say the morning alongside your breakfast to help ease absorption and a boost towards giving you the support to start the day.
However, you could try taking it before bed if you find that works better. Remember, the most important thing is to make them a part of your daily routine! -
