We reserve the right to change this site and these terms and conditions at anytime.

You will be asked to expressly agree to these sale terms before placing an order for products from our website.

In these terms of sale, “we” means Reverse Life Ltd (and “us” and “our” will be construed accordingly), and “you” means our customer or potential customer for products (and “your” will be construed accordingly).

The advertising of products on our website constitutes an “invitation to treat,”; and your order for products constitutes a contractual offer. No contract will come into force between you and us unless and until we accept your order in accordance with the procedure detailed below.

In order to enter into a contract to purchase products from us, you will need to take the following steps:

(i) you must add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping basket and then proceed to the checkout;

(ii) if you are a new customer, you may then create an account with us and log in; if you are an existing customer, you must enter your login details; you may also complete your transaction using guest login;

(iii) once you are logged in, you must select your preferred method of delivery and confirm your order and your consent to these terms of sale;

(iv) you will be asked to enter your payment details; and

(v) we will then send you an initial order confirmation.

We will not file a copy of these terms of sale specifically concerning your order. We may update the version of these terms of sale on the website from time to time, and we do not guarantee that the version you have agreed to will remain accessible.

The only language in which we provide these terms of sale is English.

5. Price and Payment

Prices for products are quoted on our website. We will verify prices as part of our sales procedures so that a product's correct price will be stated when you pay for the product.

In addition to the price of the products, you may have to pay a delivery charge, which will be as stated when you pay for the product.

Payment must be made upon the submission of your order. We may withhold the products and/or cancel the contract between us if the price is not received from you in full in cleared funds.

The prices on the website include all value added taxes (where applicable).

Payment for all products must be made by Debit/Credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or any method detailed on the website from time to time.

Product prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect contracts that have come into force.

How does the Reverse Life subscription work?

General overview

  • We offer various Subscription plans, putting you in complete control of the frequency of your order
  • Your Subscription can be cancelled, amended, to delayed at any time from within your account by providing a 48-hour notice. You can also contact the customer care team at info@reverselife.co.uk between Monday-Friday - 9.00am-5.00pm.
  • The subscription price includes free UK shipping and delivery
  • As a special thank you from us, we may include complimentary free gifts worth up to £39.99 with your order on a select basis. Free products may be subject to change, and cannot be exchanged for other items or cash alternatives.

Subscription service terms and conditions

5.1 Our subscription services:

We will deliver your Subscription product and any applicable free gifts per your chosen delivery frequency until you notify us that you wish to cancel your Subscription.

Please note that you have complete control over your Subscription plan and can cancel, amend, or delay at any time from within your online portal. 

By purchasing one of our Subscription plans, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and ongoing recurring payment.

You are responsible for ensuring these recurring payments are met before any cancellation is made. 

You accept full responsibility for all recurring charges prior to executing any cancellation.

5.2 Recurring subscription service details:

Your subscription will renew 3 days before the normal frequency schedule to avoid supply interruptions due to postage/courier delays.

5.3 Cancelling your subscription service:

You can cancel, amend, or delay your subscription anytime from within your online portal. If you have any issues accessing your account, please email our customer service team at info@reverselife.co.uk.

Please be aware of the following important notices with regard to your cancellation rights:

You must allow a 48-hour cancellation notice period to enable our customer service team to action and cancel this for you.

If you cancel your Subscription 48 hours before your order is processed, you will not be sent or charged for your next scheduled, or any future, Product you have subscribed to unless you restart your Subscription or make a one-time purchase. 

If you opt for the Subscription of a Product and cancel before we process and charge for your second delivery of the same Product, you may be charged for the difference between a one-time purchase of this Product and the discounted price offered as part of a Subscription.

Our working online hours are 9.00am-5.00pm Monday-Friday. If you contact us out of these hours with a cancellation request and your subscription is due within 48 hours, we cannot guarantee that this will be cancelled in time.

5.4 £19.99 Trial Offer

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, this offer will be referred to as the ‘£19.99 Offer’.

The £19.99 Offer gives Reverse Life customers a one-time opportunity to buy a bottle of Reverse Life Marine Collagen for £19.99, down from the recommended retail price (RRP) of £40.00.

Once purchased and 20 days (including weekends and holidays) have elapsed, the buyer will be auto-enrolled onto a Marine Collagen subscription priced at £59.00 per shipment, down from the recommended retail price (RRP) of £120.00.

Once the initial £19.99 bottle is purchased, you have 19 days from initial purchase to cancel your impending subscription, otherwise you will be charged the full £59.00 and three bottles of Marine Collagen will be shipped to your address.

Once this order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled or amended at any stage as per section 5.4 of the subscription policy.

5.5 £49 Trial Offer

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, this offer will be referred to as the ‘£49 Offer’.

The £49 Offer gives Reverse Life customers a one-time opportunity to buy three bottles of Reverse Life Marine Collagen for £49, down from the recommended retail price (RRP) of £120

Once purchased and 60 days (including weekends and holidays) have elapsed, the buyer will be auto-enrolled onto a Marine Collagen subscription priced at £59.00 per shipment, down from the recommended retail price (RRP) of £120.00.

5.6 Subscription returns policy:

When it comes to online purchases, you typically have the legal privilege, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, to change your mind and request a refund within a 14-day Cooling-Off period.

However, for our ingestible collagen supplements, this right does not apply due to quality control and health & safety considerations. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for these products, as we maintain stringent production standards, and once these items leave our control, they cannot be restocked.

Nevertheless, we want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you have any issues with our other items, or if we've made an error in processing your order or neglected to address your request (providing it was made within 48 hours of your upcoming order date), we are more than happy to assist you. Please note: If you return an order to us for our liquid products, or refuse the delivery, a refund will not be processed. We will happily send the order back to you, but you will need to cover the delivery costs in order for it to be shipped back out.

5.6 General notices:

We reserve the right to revoke your subscription at any time as a result of a violation of these Terms or the Privacy Policy

Membership is void where prohibited by law.

All subscriptions are non-binding and can be cancelled, amended, or delayed.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Product at any time. We may write to you to let you know that we are either going to stop providing the Product or intend to make changes. In either instance, we will write to you seven days in advance to notify you and refund any sums you have paid in advance for Products we can no longer supply.


6. Your Warranties

You warrant to us that:

(a) You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and you have full authority, power, and capacity to agree to these terms of sale;

(b) The information provided in your order is accurate and complete, and

(c) You will be able to accept delivery of the products;

Domestic UK Shipping Policy

Delivery options and costs.

The various delivery options and associated costs are displayed on our Site at the time you submit your order.

All standard UK orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days of placing an order. 

You can also upgrade your order to Premium Next Day delivery, perfect if you need to fast-track your order. Please note the cost of next-day delivery is subject to change.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or external circumstances affect our courier service, shipments may be subject to delays. Please allow additional days in transit for your delivery. When we have been made aware of a significant shipment delay, we will contact you directly via email or telephone to advise of the delay. Please also refer to our website, where notifications regarding delivery will be regularly updated on site.

Exceptions to UK Shipping Policy

Postcodes including Jersey, Guernsey, and Isle Of Man are dispatched on a 3-5 working day service at a cost of £21.99.


All other postcodes as per the below, including the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland, are dispatched on a standard 2-5 day delivery service with EVRI at a cost of £4.99, except for Jersey, Guernsey, and Isle of Man, as specified above.

What should I do if my order does not arrive on time?

If you have chosen the free 3-5 working day option and have waited over 6 working days and are yet to receive your order, please contact the customer support team, who will be able to assist you further. 


Shipment confirmation and order tracking:

When your order has been fulfilled and is ready to dispatch, you will receive an email from us containing details of your scheduled delivery.

 If you have opted for the DPD premium next-day delivery option, tracking details will be sent to your phone.  You can also download the DPD app to receive live notifications about your parcel’s status. 


International Shipping Policy

We’re proud to ship our products worldwide. At checkout, your shipping costs will be calculated. 

Please note that we do not offer free shipping outside of the UK. If you have any questions about our international shipping policy, please visit our FAQ section onsite or use our live messenger service. 

Please also note that currently, due to Brexit complications, we are unable to deliver products to EU countries.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Please note that Reverselife.co.uk is not responsible for any local customs and duty taxes that may be applied to your order. All additional fees, including any traffic and taxes on international orders, are the responsibility of the customer. 


8. Risk and Ownership:

The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you on delivery.

Please note that if you have opted to instruct DPD to leave your products in a designated “safe place,” it is your responsibility to ensure that location is safe. Reverse Life accepts no responsibility for instances of alleged theft or missing DPD packages.

You must check all items in your order at the time of delivery. If there are any issues or you believe an item to be damaged, you must contact us within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.

Please note, if you contact us after this timescale with an issue, we will not be able to investigate this further.


9. “Cooling off” Period

(e) exclude any liability of a party that may not be excluded under applicable law. Any statutory rights that you have as a consumer, which cannot be excluded or limited, will not be affected by the terms of sale.

The limitations and exclusions of liability set out in this Section [and elsewhere in the terms of sale]:

(a) are subject to the preceding paragraph, and

(b) govern all liabilities arising under the terms of sale or in relation to the subject matter of the terms of sale, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort (including negligence) and for breach of statutory duty.

We will not be liable to you in respect of any losses arising out of any event or series of events beyond our reasonable control.

We will not be liable to you in respect of any business losses, such as loss of or damage to profits, income, revenue, use, production, anticipated savings, business, contracts, commercial opportunities, or goodwill.

We will treat all your personal information that we collect in connection with your order in accordance with the terms of our privacy policy; use of our website will be subject to our website terms of use.

Contracts under these terms of sale may only be varied by an instrument in writing signed by both you and us. We may revise these terms of sale from time to time, but such revisions will not affect the terms of any contracts which we have entered into with you.

Each contract under these terms of sale is made for the benefit of the parties to it and is not intended to benefit or be enforceable by any other person. The right of the parties to terminate, rescind, or agree to any amendment, variation, waiver, or settlement under such contracts is not subject to the consent of any person who is not a party to the relevant contract.

Subject to the first paragraph of Section [12]: these terms of sale contain the entire agreement and understanding of the parties in relation to the purchase of products from our website and supersede all previous agreements and understandings between the parties in relation to the purchase of products from our website, and each party acknowledges that no representations not expressly contained in these terms of sale have been made by or on behalf of the other party in relation to the purchase of products from our website.

These terms of sale will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising under or in relation to these terms of sale.


14. Reviews & Comments

Except as otherwise provided elsewhere in this Agreement or on the Site, anything that you submit or post to the Site and/or provide us by Email/Social Media Channels, including without limitation, photographs, ideas, know-how, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, “Submissions”) is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we shall have the royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and transferable right to use, copy, distribute, display, publish, sell, lease, transmit, adapt, create derivative works from such Submissions by any means and in any form, and to translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile such Submissions. All Submissions shall automatically become our sole and exclusive property and shall not be returned to you.

In addition to the rights applicable to any Submission, when you post comments or reviews to the Site or any of our social media channels, you also grant us the right to use the name that you submit with any review, comment, or other Content, if any, in connection with such review, comment, or other content. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the reviews, comments, and other Content that you post on this Site and that use of your reviews, comments, or other Content by us will not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party. You shall not use a false email address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third parties regarding the origin of any Submissions or Content. We may, but shall not be obligated to, remove or edit any Submissions (including comments or reviews) for any reason.

Clearpay will split the total value of your order into 4 instalments payable every fortnight. When transacting online the exact amounts and dates will be displayed for you to agree to before you confirm your purchase. The competition will run from the 13th of May 2025 until the 6th of June 2025

One winning entrant will then be drawn randomly in June 2025 and announced on Reverse Life’s Instagram stories and communication channels.

The Prize Draw runs from 13th May until 08:59 am (GMT) on 6th of June inclusive. To be in with a chance of winning the giveaway you must:
