Due to the current restrictions in place safe-guarding courier staff and customers against the COVID-19 pandemic, some minor delays may be experienced. When your order has been fulfilled and is ready to dispatch, you will receive an email from us containing details of your scheduled delivery. 8.Risk and Ownership
The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you on delivery.
9.“Cooling off” Period
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you may cancel your contract to purchase products from us at any time within 7 working days after the day you received the relevant products or products (subject to the limitations set out below).
In order to cancel a contract in this way, you must provide us with written notice of cancellation via email to info@reverselife.co.uk
If you cancel a contract on this basis, you must promptly return the products to us in the same condition you received them.
If you cancel a contract on this basis, you will be refunded in full (including the cost of sending the products to you). However, you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the product to us.
If you cancel a contract on this basis and you do not return the products to us, we may recover the products and charge you for the costs we incur.
10.Statutory Rights
Nothing in these terms of sale affects your statutory rights (including your right to receive a refund in respect of any defective product we sell to you).
11.Returns and Refunds
Returns
All products purchased from Reverse Life are backed by our standard customer refund and returns policy. We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us at Reverselife.co.uk. If for any reason that’s not the case, we offer a 14-day refund from receipt of your order.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, unwanted goods must be returned unopened, in their original packaging where possible, and accompanied by a copy of your invoice paperwork.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on used or opened bottles or packets of our collagen product unless you are a first time customer and are trying our products under the extended 30-day money back guarantee - further details of which are outlined below.
We will refund all monies via the same method of payment in which you placed your order.
If your order has been incorrectly dispatched and you wish to return it, or you have changed your mind within the initial 14 day period, please contact us so that we can produce a customer returns label. This can be sent via post or email.
Please note that it is your responsibility to pay for any shipping costs for returning unwanted items.
Refund Processing
Upon receipt of any unwanted, unopened goods, your return will be inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the credit card used to make the original payment.

Missing Items

Product Damages
If your product is unfortunately lost or damaged during shipping, we will take up the issue directly on your behalf with DPD.
Please do not throw your damaged packaging or products away as we will require photographic evidence and documentation in order to follow up the claim with DPD. Please save all packaging materials as well as your damaged goods before opening up a claim.
12.Limitations and Exclusions of Liability
Nothing in the terms of sale will:
(a) limit or exclude the liability of a party for death or personal injury resulting from negligence;
(b) limit or exclude the liability of a party for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by that party;
(c) limit or exclude any liability of a party under Section 12, 13, 14 or 15 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or Part I of the Consumer Protection Act 1987;

All Submissions shall automatically become our sole and exclusive property and shall not be returned to you.
In addition to the rights applicable to any Submission, when you post comments or reviews to the Site or any of our social media channels, you also grant us the right to use the name that you submit with any review, comment, or other Content, if any, in connection with such review, comment, or other content. The 30-day money-back guarantee is redeemable ONCE only per customer and is currently only applicable on our marine collagen powder and liquid products only.
It is strictly a one time, new customer incentive, outside of our regular refund policy.
The money-back guarantee is not applicable on product and bundle deals.
If you have purchased multi-product deals, you will not be refunded if you have opened additional bottles or packets of collagen. All unopened products should be returned at your cost.
