Is it OK to take Reverse Life Immune Defence every day?

You can take one 15ml capful of Reverse Life Immune Defence on a daily basis. However, you can also take up to 25ml per day, but your supply will drop from a 30-day supply to a 20-day supply.

We do advise you to consult with your GP or other healthcare provider before you make any changes to your diet.

Should I take Reverse Life Immune Defence in the morning or evening?
